I'm a Technical Project Manager and Product Owner with 15+ years in software, based in Córdoba, Argentina, and working remotely.
I started as a developer writing satellite software at Ascentio, became the team's Scrum Master, and then managed projects for CONAE, Argentina's space agency. At Mercado Libre I spent four years and eight months as a Project Leader in Fulfillment: I formed and led the team that launched Transfer, which moved stock closer to buyers and enabled delivery in under 24 hours in Brazil and Mexico, and I drove the new Recommendations calculation that cut stockouts by 5%.
Today I work as an independent consultant. With a wholesale distributor I define KPIs before every change, chose the AI model behind a weekly restock forecast by benchmarking four of them on real data, and raised site-search coverage from 6.5% to 97.7%. I also hold an MSc in Sustainable Development Management, and I care about what software costs the planet, not only the budget.
